Carters at the track is the new name it appears. Website feels similar to Kiegan’s.

This is such a sad event. I only had the opportunity to ride with them one time, but it was an amazing experience that created some very cherished memories for my husband and I.

I do not know the full story, but I hope we see this group of talented and committed people to the sport of track and roadracing once again.

There certainly is more to the story than Szymon is saying. Plenty of track day organizations have been sued and continue with business. Szymon made the argument that going to court rather than settling was a blow for track day orgs and riders everywhere, but now what?

The guy sued for 15 million, then lowered it to 7.5 million. Then got the 5 million the insurance policy was worth. He went off by himself and missed the riders meeting. Should not have been allowed on track in my opinion. Blamed another rider, sued everyone very suspicious.

I used to run Keigwins all the time (back when it was owned by Keigwin). Bummer for sure.

I'm still baffled how the guy that sued got money. That lawsuit was ridiculous.
