Where should I ride?

Been living here since October and have only been to Mulholland. What are some good weekend spots within ~2 hours of South Bay?

Looking to head out Saturday morning if anyone wants to join or has a ride planned. Thanks!

I'd say go to the Angeles crest highway, lots of good roads up there and if you leave early on a Saturday it should take ~45 mins to get there from the South Bay, I'm in north redondo and made the trip a couple times. It's much different than Malibu, much more open and flowing, less hairpins and tight corners. I'd love to join you but I'll be at the streets of willow on Saturday, maybe sometime in the future.

I need to get my forks and shock back on the bike.

Then I'll be out there for most the ACH meets and a few Ortega ones too. Maybe we can get a GMR/Azusa meet in.

hey guys.
From Southbay on sunday morning it took me 35 mins to get to ACH . Definitely an awesome place to ride.
There is no many places to ride during the week in southbay , regarding traffic everywhere :/,but there is actually one I like to go during the week to practice some twiesties. Its palos verdes dr e, not a long ride but in my opinion the best in the area plus has some nice views.

I would have joined if I knew about the ride. I just agreed to go with someone for lunch that day a couple of days ago. Have fun!

Keep up with what rides are gooebing in the events section. If no one is posting they are riding at spot you want to just post up and say you want to ride there and usually more will chime in and meet up with you.
