When you're riding at a decent speed, the smell goes away until you come to a stop. The hotter the temperature, the hotter the smell.

This is one of my favorite helmets. I bought it off eBay. The guy who was in it before me clearly never washed his hair, and he would just roll out of bed and onto the road for long, hot, sweaty rides. Whenever I get in his lid (now my lid), I can smell thousands of hours under a hot sun.

I've Got a New Stinker to Show You

I just put on my new well worn eBay Arai Quantum/f helmet. It's awesome. It stinks up a room with twenty years of another guy's long sweaty rides. The padding is soft and super comfortable. The straps buckle easily into place. It'll be fun sweating in this lid on long rides under a hot sun.
