Selling my motorcycle because it is costing me too much to keep in storage. Super bummed , I am trying to buy a house in the next year and paying for storage is not helping the cause. I will be buying a new one once i buy a house with garage. I bought this bike with 14,675 miles on it now has 22,567 miles on odometer but probably only 21,000 on bike this is because of the gearing change. I have taken very good care of it. It was always garage kept even from the fist owner. Oil and filter changed every 3,000 miles. Valves checked and put back to spec, spark plugs replaced, radiator flush, new coils (factory originals had a recall) all of this was done at 16,000 miles. New chain and sprockets at 19,000 miles, fork seals and oil changed at 20,000 miles, front and back tires have about 2,000 miles left on them 50% left. The bike was dropped by previous owner, I had a low speed lay down due to car cutting me off. The fairings are not in the best condition, other than that the bike is in great running and mechanical condition. I have a detailed log with actual miles and receipts for work done. Comes with front and back stand. Asking for $3,200 or OBO.
Mods/extras on the bike.
1. 520 chain and Super Lite sprockets (gearing change from factory 1 tooth down in front sprocket and 1 tooth up in the back sprocket.
2. Dan Moto slip on exhaust.
3. K&N air filter.
4. Smog block offs.
5. Fender eliminator.
6. All integrated blinkers on side and in tail light.
If you want a test ride it depends on a few things.
1. 2 forms of ID
2. M1 motorcycle license.
3. Motorcycle insurance.
4. Cash in my hand.
5. I will need to feel comfortable with you test riding it.

But if you ever pay it off...do you ever truly own the house? You still gotta pay taxes to government to let you think you own it

Hehehe just stirring the pot
