This is the bike
Is salvage I'm not sure why
I'm new so excuse me not been so knowledge of the bike
22k miles
Runs great
Big sprocket in the back with more teeth
No leaks or any problems
Maintenance wise is always been done
Cisco shop takes care of the breaks, wheels and oil
I'm asking 3400
So far on Craig's it's been positive about the price
Or I'll trade for a cbr600rr pulse cash on top

That looks like a 05 r6 by the front forks. Unless you did fork conversion upgrade.

I'm with ya, I definitely think it's a 05 and if it is you should keep it. A lot better then a cbr600rr.

If memory serves, stop me if I'm wrong riddick but didn't the 05 make the most power out of all the r6's second to the 2009 R6r?

In my opinion stay on that R6 and use the money to upgrade it.
ie; internals, rear shock, pcv, trackdays etc

I'm just not ready to do track and not planning to do track
I'm more street oriented
And I heard/read good things that cbr600 is more street oriented.
That's why I want to give cbr a chance. Then later ultimately decide which to keep and upgrade.
This r6 is my first bike it's a little beat up...and the 06 cbr RR it's really well taken care of
I've only been riding for a year I need to switch up bikes and experience lol
Wish me luck tho lol

I have had both. The R6 is the better bike powerwise. However they are completely different in the handling.

Yes! Better suspension up front. I noticed that your bike is lowered hence why it might be handling like . You might want to adjust that.

Also, some adjustable clipons will help with comfort.

Yeah I used to like the idea of been lowered since at first height wise was great gave me a little more confidence but now when I accidentally hit bumps or potholes feels all bad
But another reason I'm leaving this r6 it's already too beat up
So maybe later ill get a nicer R6 maybe a 09 the body looks awesome
Right now i want to see how this cbr treats me

dude are you on 4th street?

Im pretty sure I've seen that bike around and that Charger.... If it's you, we live on the same block lol

btw 3400 is a bit high to expect for a salvaged bike. Unless you get the unsuspecting noob to show interest, I would lower the asking if you're trying to put it quickly towards the purchase of a newer bike. welcome either way.

If you want to add pics, one way is to upload, another is to place img tags in front and behind the link of your image (if hosted on an image hosting site like photobucket for example)

steps to do this:
1. upload on photobucket
2. copy the image code that's available on your link: [ i m g ] ____your_image_url__ [ / i m g ] only without spaces
3. paste that code here.

so your pics end up looking like this:

If I can free up enough time on Tuesday, (and we turn out to be neighbors) I may be able to help you check out your interested bike but you'd have to drive. I recently was in a bad accident in the canyons and am currently walking around with a walker :/ (after surgery for a broken femur)
