Dude if you're riding GMR we got to hook up sometime. I'm pretty easy to spot, either a flashy Aprilia or a Duc. If you see braids under a helmet thats me.

That's A LOT of bike FYI.

I'd say start on a CRF230 or something.

I've been riding dirt for 15 years and ride a clapped out xr250r with more money in the suspension than I bought the bike for and have no problem doing anything guys on 450s do except when it comes to doing 70mph in the open desert.

Two other things, a two stroke is the best way to go and kick start only will really force you to not get stuck on hills

Yeah i'm usually there early saturdays and/or sundays (try to leave the gas station slightly after sunrise). Bouncing back and forth between Azusa and GMR. Don't think I've seen you yet tho. I'm on a black CBR600RR now, but usually roll with a white Daytona and kinda beat-up gxr600. Will be on the lookout!

Haha, yeah I wouldn't even try. Trying to gain my confidence back from a crash (not that I was fast before ).
