Motorcycle lawyer experience?

I was T boned recently and I've been considering talking to an attorney to make sure I don't screw my self on any possible medical expenses and property damage. The other parties insurance has already accepted full responsibility however I've yet to sign anything or get any offers from my insurance.

Well the two most associated with motorcycle injury are 'Law Tigers' and 'Russ Brown' but I don't know of anybody who's used them nor if they are worth seeking. Hopefully someone can chime in with more valuable data.

My brother hired Russ Brown(my suggestion) a few years ago and I am pretty certain he(my brother) did very well when it was all settled.

The month before insurance laws took effect in California both companies denied helping me stating simply and bluntly that there was not enough money involved when a man pulled out of a business parking lot into the right-hand turn lane where I was traveling at 40 miles per hour on my bike.

I was recommended to riderz law by a friend that is currently dealing with them.

This is my first time dealing with any injury from an accident and having ti file a medical claim, I'm just trying to make sure I dont sell myself short.

I'm not sure where you're located but lots of people on the Los Angeles Motorcycle Riders facebook page suggest Scott A. Adrian. While I haven't used him, he's pretty active in that group and seems like a cool guy.

My brother works for a personal injury law firm. PM me if you want his info. He helped my wife when she was injured in an accident. Helped us get a significant amount of money in addition to all medical expenses paid for.

I appreciate the offer but I already signed a retainer with Riderz Law.

Looks like the guy that hit me was carrying state minimum ($15k) on a 2017 Altima

The only good thing about low-amount policies is they are apt to write the check for policy-limits somewhat promptly and close the case.
