Effects of lower profile tire up front?

Shop gave me the wrong tire up front. Should be a 155/70 it's a 155/60.

What are going to be the effects positive negative or neutral of running a lower profile tire in the front?

I am on an fz 07.

Didn't notice until after my buddy swapped the tires for me :(

60 is less 'sharp', so turn in is resisted. Some straight line stability is gained. SVs come with a 60 stock; a common handling upgrade is a move to a 70. I wouldn't worry about it, maybe not so great for the track.

That's what I was thinking lol

I hope that was a typo and it's really 120/60.

I made the same mistake a few years ago -- a shop put on a 60 instead of a 70 front on my ZX6, and I didn't notice. I ran a track day on it at SOW. The short version is that it'll take more effort to initiate a turn, and won't be quite as stable at full lean.

Buy hey, it's a track day, and still fun.

[To clarify, I didn't notice until I got to the track. I knew about the problem before i got out there, and tried to keep it in mind.]
