Dude I picked up a steering damper has one. I can pm him on offerup regarding your Qs if that’d help (seems like he works on his bike).

Thank you Sir for the offer.

I bought the bike and had a few questions while I was replacing some .
It's a weird bike in some ways.
I joined the KTM Forum and eventually got some answers.

Thanks again tho.

Niche European stuff is always kinda weird. They like to use some uncommon sizes and pitches for things with little reason to do so.

The RC8 is maybe my favorite looking bike. Would love to have one some day but I think they'll just appreciate in price over time. Might try to build one from frame up but getting an engine might be tough.

Well shieeet!
You might be able to buy this one.

I've only had time to ride it around town for a quick 30 min "shake down" run since I brought this back to orange glory.
But in that time I could gleam the following info from it:

1) It's by far the best looking bike I've ever owned and hence, I know I'll ride it like a .

2) The loud, popping exhaust scares the outta people & them off......... BIG TIME!!
(And that's a huuuuge "plus" in my book)

3) My R1 has more power.

4) It makes the R1 feel like a 375 lb pig in the handling department.

5) It's way more comfortable than the Yamaha.

I will take it up the canyons some point soon and decide if it blows my skirt up enough to keep it.
Or
Get my moola back out of it, now that I can say that I've owned and ridden one.

P.S.
I have seen RC8 motors on ebay and they were not all that pricey.
